14-Day Size Exchange Guarantee
- We offer a 14-day size exchange guarantee starting from the day your shoes are delivered.
- Footwear must be in unworn, brand-new condition with the original shoebox and tags intact.
- We encourage trying on shoes indoors on a clean carpeted floor so the soles remain pristine.
- If the shoes are too tight or too loose, simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID to arrange an exchange.
How the Doorstep Exchange Works
- Step 1: Contact our customer care on WhatsApp (+92 300 1234567) within 14 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Let us know your current size and which replacement size you need (e.g. swap Size 41 for Size 42).
- Step 3: We dispatch your new size right away via our courier partner.
- Step 4: When the courier rider arrives at your doorstep with the replacement pair, hand over the original pair in its box.
Conditions for Eligibility
- Soles must be free of outdoor dirt, scuffs, pebbles, or street abrasion.
- Leather uppers must not show severe permanent walking creases.
- Original packaging, shoe fillers, and tags must accompany the return.
- In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, report it within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
What is Not Eligible for Exchange
- Shoes that have been worn outside, washed, or treated with non-standard shoe polishes.
- Items returned after the 14-day exchange window has elapsed.
- Clearance or liquidation items specifically marked as Final Sale at checkout.
Refunds & Store Credit
- If a suitable exchange size is out of stock, we offer 100% store credit or a direct bank refund via Meezan Bank IBFT.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned shoes are inspected at our Lahore hub.
